Are your signs originals?

No.  The signs sold on our website are reproductions.

 

How can I tell if an item is in stock?

Stock levels are shown on the item page

 

If a product is out of stock, when will you get it again?

This varies but you can add your name to the wait list

My item is damaged?

Should a product be damaged, you should let us know immediately as we will be happy to refund or replace the item.  Please see our Returns Policy within the Customer Services section.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

If ordered before 2pm on a weekday, goods are despatched on the same day.  See our delivery section for more details

 

My goods look different from the image on the website?

Images are for illustration purposes only.  Colours may vary at the discretion of Planet 55 or suppliers without notice.

 

What is the cost of postage?

Most goods are free postage within the UK but there are charges for time guaranteed services. This is dependent on where you are located within the UK and what delivery option you select.   Prices for shipping are shown our delivery section.

 

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?

What payment methods do you accept?

A product I bought is now cheaper. Can I have a refund?

All prices are correct at time of publication.   Planet 55 reserve the right to change, alter or amend any price at any time without notice.  Should a product price decrease since an original purchase, contractually we are not obligated to refund the difference.

 

Can I cancel an order if it is no longer required?

Yes.  If the product has not been shipped, simply email us.   We will cancel the order with no charge to you and issue a full refund.   If, however, the goods have been despatched, then you may still cancel the order up to 7 calendar days from receipt of goods.   So long as they are returned (at your own cost) and we are informed within 7 days, we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding shipping.  Please see our Returns Policy within our Customer Services section for more information.
